156x156 poly-silicon small solar cell is developed on the basis of mono-crystalline silicon. It is made from solar grade poly-silicon, which is cast as poly-silicon ingot through DSS technology, and the poly-silicon ingot is processed through linear cutting technology as 156 x156 square poly-silicon chips. Through pickling and etching, PN junction, the core of poly-silicon solar power cell panel is formed at the surface. To enhance the absorption of light, a layer of dereflection is coated at the surface of the small solar cell. By the use of screen printing, the matched silver paste is printed to the silicon chip to make grid lines, and through sintering, positive electrode and negative electrode are made.
